What type of experience do you have?

Cane T-Shirt Company first opened it’s doors in 2006, and we have printed a lot of shirts! Our tried and true experience most definitely shows when you receive your final product.

What type of products do you offer?

Although our company name implies a limited product line, in reality we provide a wide range of customized apparel. Our most common products include T-shirts, sweatshirts/sweatpants, polos, and hoodies, however we offer many other products from totes to aprons and promotional products. If it’s apparel of any kind, we can print or embroidery it!

Our apparel selection includes numerous name brand items including American Apparel, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Bella, Anvil, FlexFit, Nike, Port and Company, Augusta, and many more!

What printing methods do you use?

All of our products are either screen printed or embroidered to give you the highest quality look and feel. Just recently we’ve also started printing foil in conjunction with screen printing which can really make your shirts pop. Deciding which method to use depends on what look you are going for. Typically, most polos/pique shirts are embroidered, where as most T-shirts and sweatshirts are screen printed.

We believe the longevity of the print is just as important as the look of the design, so we never use cheaper forms of printing such as iron-ons, DTG (direct to garment) presses, or heat transfers. All of our work is guaranteed to last the lifetime of the shirt.

How do you determine pricing?

Pricing is based on many factors:
1) Total quantity of garments
2) The type of product/style you select
3) Complexity of your design
4) The number of colors in your design (screen printing only)

Because each order has so many different factors (and we don’t use templates), using our online form or giving us a call at 918-806-6817 is the best way to get a quote.

Customers are happy to find that our prices are typically 10%-25% lower than other providers, and are all inclusive. This means the price we quote you includes art/graphic desing, setup fees, the shirts, and printing. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, checks, and money orders. We do ask for 50% of your quoted price upfront before we begin any work on your order. The other 50% is due upon completion of your order.

What is your minimum order?

For screen printing and embroidery, 12 pieces for the same design s our minimum. As with anything you buy, the higher quantity you purchase, the lower the price per piece.

-Standard: 7-10 Days

What if I don’t have art. Can you create art for me?

Yes, we have an experienced graphic designer who is more than happy to work with you in creating your design. Whether you have a pre-existing design or just an idea, our graphic designer will deliver creative options for your project. In some cases, there may be a small fee for complex custom designs, but you will be notified of this before hand. 

I don’t have much to spend. How can I save some money?

-The price per shirt is reduced as the quantity increases.
-Each color printed on each side adds to the cost, so the fewer the colors, the less expensive.
-White items (such as a T-shirt) are generally less expensive than colored items.
-Some brands of T-shirts are more affordable than others (check out Gildan).
